Bursting the shackles of arbitrary deadlines founded upon an unverified and illogical sun-based calendar system, The Open Scroll has progressed into a less time-restrictive format. What is lost in punctuality and regularity will most likely be gained in quality, or so we hope.
I sincerely thank all of you who have been reading, submitting, suggesting, and flaming The Open Scroll. My immediate goal is to increase the interaction between the writer and the reader, as well as between a citizen and its leader. Your involvement makes it worthwhile.
More to come!
