Perhaps you could take up a sport or some thing to that affect which would allow you to strive to win....to be better than others at some thing healthy. 17 Hi. I have taken latin for five and a half years. (Jr. High was 2.5 years of first year latin)
I'm in 4th year Latin. I am studying Vergil. I speak English, Latin, and a little bit of french. (I'm taking more soon).

The one I know best is Latin but Germanics are my specialty. 26 What do I believe? Please take no offense,Miss Zema, of my theory that a race, a people, should hold sacred the truths which applied to their fathers. When American Indians take up their old tribal religions, we say,"Good to see a people in contact with their roots", and when we note jews' holding to their traditional religious ideals we claim,"After such persecution, they still hold valantly to their culture". But when a man or woman of Germanic descent goes against the Hebrew-Jewish concepts of Judaeo-Christianity(monotheism,pacifism,universalism,anti-nationalism,Israeliism) we call them barbaric....even Satanic. My religion is the old Teutonic faith held by the ancient Italic(Roman) and Germanic(especially Anglo-Saxon) nations. The faith is polytheistic,slightly warish, and did in fact have an affinity for youth-cults and idol worship. However, sacrifice was given up early on and is not practiced today. Satan is a jewish mythological character and thus has no place in Nordic religion. To call the Saxon faith "Satanism" is absurd, since the religion is family oriented,racially and nationally driven,as well as being a foundation of health- and light-worship.There were(and are) many gods.Most are of completely Indo-Germanic origin...though some were imported to the Saxon tribes via Rome from Egypt(Isis was worship in souther Germany as Tacitus wrote) and Babylon.(Some of thge most important gods are Babylonian in root:Freya,Freyr,Balder.Freya is Venus and is also the Babylonian "Great Mother" known as Ishtar or Astoreth.She apears in the Mithraic myths.Freyr is Erros and is the Babylonian Cupid whose cult was brought to England and Scandinavia and identified with that of the native Germanic Ing.Balder is the same as Adonis(Hebrew Adonai as a name for God comes from his early Semitic name)He is the bleeding Lord who dies for the fertility of the Earth.He was worshiped by the jews when they were under the Babylonian captivity. His wife was Sif(Ceres) the golden goddess of the plough.Odin or Woden(after whom Wednesday is named...the other days are named for these gods too,Thursday=Thorr's day,Tiu's(Tyr) day, Freya's day...) was one of the highest gods. He is the Germanic version of Hermes in Greece and Mercury in Rome and may be related to the cult of Dionysius.His other name was Brage under which title he had runes(Germanic alphabet letters) carved on his tongue so as to hold infiniter knowledge of words and numbers.He was god of the winds and thus of trade(as was Mercury) and was also the god of capital gain and wealth in gold.

There are many gods and religious holidays and festivals not mentioned here, but then again descibing all of them here would be like fully stating the entire history and concepts of Christianity in about seven paragraphs.This religion is not at all new or invinted. If you are Christian, you believe in Heaven after death.
(only if you accept Jesus as your Saviour)
Hence, why would God create you and put you on the earth
just to die and rot in the ground? If you have accepted his
son, you go to Heaven. If you don't, you go to hell.
To sum it all up, why would you get "free admission" into
Heaven? And if there is an argument and one says, "There is
no God!" Then a) the have no meaning to life
b) they think they'll live, die and rot.

life is?
29 In my wing of faith, the meaning of life was to teach a lesson and inforce a code.Simply stated, the strong strive and conquer while the weak cringe and die.So is nature.Also every thing is ciclycal, that is, every thing goes away and comes back new again....nothing really "dies".At Gotterdamerung(Germanic Revalation), the gods are fought and along with their enemies die, thus ending the world. Soon after, the gods emerge from Hades refreshed and the earth is formed anew. Notice also that when they died,they did not cease to exist.....they only went to the underworld.Thorr, Odin,Frigga,and Freya are gods of the Dead. They watch over us beyond this life. The general cultural concepts of where you goes vary.When I die, I expect to see Valkyries as you might see angels.They guide the soul either to Freya or to Odin. If to Freya, the soul lives in plush Elysium of physical pleasure, if to Odin it is prepared for the next Gotterdamerung by riding annually on the Wild Hunt...Odin's war course.Odin was said to a Scandinavian warrior as he has to many a scop, "I expect only that you die with the tears of extacy in your eyes", thus when one ledgendary Norse hero fell to a rattlesnake pit he lifted his Sax(Sacred sord of Germanic origin) and shrieked,"Laughing, I die".In some places, reincarnation was held true, but while I may believe this, I stray from it for fear of being cast with the liberal anti-American pacifist Marxian pro-homosexual new age movement which I so abhor and loathe.

Some say that our bodies(carnalities as I say, opposed to spiritualities) are gifts from the gods and that life is like a free day downtown away from home for a while. Do you believe that we are created from nothing? If a ring has a beginning it must have an end. If our souls did not exist for an eternity then there is a possibility that they will cease to exist agin for eternity(Forever goes in two directions). I believe that we always existed in soul but not in body and that nature took all the gods together and they used their individual resources to form(not create from nothing) them from the earth and space. Evolution fits greatly and I find no valid science that goes against my religious principles.Christianity seems to have its hands full with Darwin.Our carnalities are formed ultimately from the chemicals and properties of stars.Most of my gods are sky gods and therefore mythology claims we descended from the heavens.Well if stars are to blame for life then we did in truth as well. I found this religion because my anscestors were not jews. Christianity claims that we all came from jewish tribes in palastine.The jews weren't even a race until after Sumeria fell. The Nordic populations traded with the middle east but never came from them.I am not jewish and I will not worship a jewish god(YHVH, God of Israel).I am noit an Israeli so I will not worship the Israeli god.Also I believe in science and if I were a Christian(I used to be),I would have to bend the scriptures too much to make them match fact to have ever been true in the first place.My mother is an atheological Metjodist(i.e. she never goes to church and doesn't reall care about religion but if asked she's a Methodist) and my father is not exactly an atheist but said that the contemplation of existing deities never applied to him.I do this because I'm white and white people have a bad say in this world at this time.Our culture was given up to fathers not our own. We lost a theological war with the jews.The gods are making a come back now...I worry for them. 32 Miss Zema......There are two books written in Iceland, called the Eddas(the name rings similar with the early Hindu Veddas).They call upon centuries of Nordic mythology.They have been unfortunately tampered with by individual Catholic forces.Most of the information in them is accurate, especially that of the Younger(Prose) Edda. Snorri Sturluson wrote the Elder(Poetic)Edda.It tells of every thing from the primordial cow(Genisis) to Ragnerok(Gotterdamerung).The most sacred books to the faith however are possibly the histories written by various Greek-Roman histiorians. Tacitus is the most sacred of these followed by Caesar who wrote about the Germans and Gauls and their religion.Tacitus' Germania is much like my "Bible".Bede(an English missionary) wrote about the Anglo-Saxon religion and the cults of northern Europe.Beowulf even contains very detailed acounts of philosophy and ritual in Germanic culture.Hesiod wrote Theogony which is a history of the gods as seen by the Classical Greeks.Lucan(the name of whom I bare) wrote much of the Gauls and Germans.Simitic cuniform texts and a little of the Jewish Bible account for the Hamito-Semitic gods of the pantheon(those inported from Babylon) Balder(Tammuz-Adonis),Baal, and Nebo(Assyrian Mercury) appear in the Bible.Irish histories from the middle ages tell of Celtic religion(which was simmilar to its Saxon counterpart). The Irish myths of Cuchulainn(A sort of Celto-Hibernian Beowulf) are well maintained.We have a wealth of course of Roman myth.There is more information on the old pagan faith than there is on Christendom.Aside from books, there are in northern Europe and England many runic and oghamic(celtic runes) stones....these are often dedicated to a god or hero or famous priest.The days of the week are monuments of the gods.Each day is named for one of them and these theo-pagan names surve in English.Place names are often taken from gods(Odenville, Thorsby are two here in Alabama).

Balder was sacrificed by Ares or Mars in Romano-Greek myth.He was slaughtered by Hoemir in Norse myth.Hela held him in her right hand in Hades while the another god came for him.This is also in the Eddas.Without Woden we would have no script;without Balder we would have no staple of food.The Eddas can be ordered but probably not found in every book store.They can be read about widely on line.There are even passages given.Look up Tacitus' Germania or the works of Bede.There you should find the greatest information about how the religion was originally practiced BCE.The Roman historians even give equations between gods. Yes,I have a Bible...but it's one of those rewritten versions. Probably very inaccurate.The rapture in my religion is Gotterdamerung or Ragnarok.It is when the Titans and Gods clash and destroy each other.The gods then rise and rebuilt Asgarthr and Mithgarthr(heaven and earth).So is the Skaldic tradition.
