 steadily talking about the back alleys

 and the contents there

 crackpipes and needles

 naked men and women

 steam and semen

 everyday's the same

 everyday's pain

 everyday it rains

 everyday sidewalk and bloodstains

 and he continues to write

 from within he fights

 hoping that hopes in sight

 and only time will tell..............
