A long road to Boston
A short while to go
Tired and weary
Strength sapped from every footstep

A fighter I am
Of the Minute man militia
Fighting for freedom and safety
300 miles by foot I have walked
Between here and there

The only Grace I have is that of a families love
I fight for them in hopes for safety
I'll walk this path again to rest in my own bed
