The things we learn about people.....
A coffin for a coffee table? Cool!--brian long
: I am the daughter of a mortician,
: Which always put me in an odd postion.
: All of the kids at school,
: Thought I was sort of a ghoul.
: In caskets I'd play hide and go seek,
: People thought I was some kind of freak.
: We even had a coffin as a coffee table,
: All things considered I've grown up very stable.
: One of the best lessons my Dad ever gave,
: Was from a young boy who's now in the grave.
: He was sixteen years old and doing cocaine,
: But not the kind you smoke or shoot up in your vein.
: The middle of his nose was totally gone , yet he's in no pain,
: Dad said " You think that's gross, you should see what's left of his brain."
: Kids now a days need a lesson like my Dad gave to me,
: I truely believe that death up close is something they all should see.
: Because growing up with death all around,
: Has helped to keep my feet on soild ground.
: Thanks Dad I love you,
: Cindy
